Are the site survey and the quote free?
Yes. The site survey is always free and without obligation: we come to see the job, take measurements and listen to your needs. After the visit you receive a written, itemised quote with the expected timing.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Piedmont, with our head office in Turin. We also travel to Liguria and Lombardy: for example, we renovated a flat in Spotorno, in the province of Savona.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. For emergencies call the company mobile: we also respond out of hours whenever possible.
Do I have to coordinate several contractors (builder, electrician, plumber)?
No. We have our own teams for both building work and systems, and a single site contact from the survey to handover: you never have to call anyone else.
Do you help with building permits and tax deductions?
Yes. We work with surveyors, architects and engineers on designs and building permits, and in the quote we point out the items that may qualify for the Italian tax deductions in force.
Do you issue certificates for the systems you install?
Yes. At handover, after testing and final clean-up, we deliver the declarations of conformity for all the systems we have installed.
Do you also do small jobs and repairs?
Yes: targeted repairs and work on systems, structures and finishes, with prompt assistance. It does not have to be a big project.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the type and size of the job. The quote always states the expected timing, which we keep to during the works.
